I don't think someone could get at Bush, but it is more than likely he could make himself heard. I just don't understand it, why would he kill himself? Why not go down in a 'blaze of glory' at least while he is trying to take out the President, the man he believed had wronged him greatly. He obviously did not care about dieing anyway.
