Glengary Glenross is a kick ass movie. A must see for anyone who is self employed. My favorite line, I have it printed out and attached to my monitor:
"As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac El Dorado. Anybody want to see second prize? Second prize, a set of steak knives. Third prize is your fired. You get the picture? Are you laughing now?"
