Passwords and autocomplete data export / Import

You can save all the passwords and autocomplete data stored by Internet Explorer into a file and then restore them at any time. It might be necessary when you want to reinstall Windows or migrate from one version of Windows to another. This operation allows you to avoid repeated typing of logins, passwords and other autocomplete strings, which you have already entered before.

To save all the secret data of Internet Explorer, choose File > Save All? from the program menu. And when you need to restore previously saved data, choose File > Import? from the program menu and indicate the saved file where the data is stored.
I never did it as I only use the software to manage my passwords on my main machine but reading above paragraph I guess you will actually have everything in IE on the new machine. Otherwise the whole thing wouldn't make much sense.

Just contact them and ask...
