It's easy to revert to name-calling, but it shows much higher professionalism if you can respond calmly and stick to the BUSINESS of it all.. I mean, that's the whole purpose of your post I believe - to try to generate some business and get some of your content sold.
If you had a customer in front of you asking you information about your products and they didn't quite get it, would you a) have some patience and try to explain with more detail so that they can understand? or b) call them an asshole cos they don't get it ?
I wonder which option is more likely to generate a positive response..............
