If what you're describing as a "subtraction" to your balances is the appearance of a negative amount in the checks column, it's not a subtraction but an addition. As you know, we show paid checks as positive number debits. We found the easiest way to ADD special bonuses (like the July Sizzling Summer Bonus) was to post a negative number to the paid checks column. This reduces the amount you've been paid according to your stats, effectively adding the bonus amount. Unless you're an accountant, this can be a little misleading, since, under most circumstances, a negative number means you got your payout reduced.
