Ok I will make this clear.
I am on week 2 of house guests, one is a minor so my work has been somewhat limited.
Also a mild day temp wise around here is 105 and I spent several hours in the sun.
One of the houseguests also gets up at around 5:30am and her the alarm wakes me up and once I am up I can not get back to sleep. Compounded with I rarely go to sleep until around 2am.
