hmm it might just be me but all i see is a legal proxy bouncing service.
but if all your gonna use it for is surfing i see no point in it ppl can still check your history, cookies, ect...
and if you plan on using it as a anti-hacking tool i'm afraid that won't work either cause there's always gonna be a port open, why not just get a IP-spoofer and get and alternate IP yourself?
it's not a new idea, hackers have been using stuff like this for a long time to cover thier tracks, you might aswell just use your own DNS to change it. or better yet
