however, I do agree with theking and stocktrader, it is just dealing with laws on the books, its up to US /thepeople/ to change those dammned laws by writing our representatives and VOTING the puritans out of office, whereever and whenever possible...
where' is the ACLU on this, I'm sure someone's got to be funding one hell of a legal battle on this issue in the name of discrimination based on gender...etc...
