Hello Terenzo,
What address have you been sending the mail to? If you have been submitting support requests from the address you referenced then it would seem that your SPAM filtering software is blocking the replies from reaching you, much the same as mine would have been blocked from reaching you if I had not gone in and manually cleared it to pass on to you.
If this is the case then I would just recommend submitting your mail from from an unfiltered mail account in the future.
