It's freightening that companies have such a strong hold of governments. Using those tactics to freighten seniors or low income patients requiring medications to maintain their health in my personal opinion, is quite unethical. It's not like yuppies with medical insurance up to the wazoo are buying their meds online - they won't get reimbursed from their insurance plan. So in reality, not only are yuppies paying a higher price for meds, they are also paying a higher price for their insurance plans because the terms don't allow the medications to come from other countries - even if it's at a significant reduction. If they want it to stop, either bring down their prices or find a reasonable pricing structure worldwide so gray markets won't have any feeding ground.

Again, having been in two aspects of the pharmaceutical/ocular businesses - this is my personal opinion.
