I would avoid the cards manufactured by VISIONTEK. Go with a company like
SAPPHIRE instead. (the price difference is rarely more than a few dollars)
*these video cards may be designed by ATI, but then can be manufactured by any number of different companies to varying degrees of quality and/or modification.
