There have been threads galore about this con NebCash con artist so I'm just wondering if anyone has actually been paid after all of these months????

I've seen threads like this:
"all affiliates please ICQ me and you will get instructions regarding payment." from someone obviosly close to Jim.

Did anyone ICQ????
