Thats 100% correct. I dyno'd this car a couple of weeks ago and hp was ~305 (at the wheels). Thats with some minor tuning and parts. I just picked up some new parts for the car yesterday and its gonna take that number closer to 400 (at the wheels).
This is why I love turbo cars, they react to mods like V8s.
(ROUGH estimates)
turbo + new exhaust = ~20hp
v8 + new exhaust = ~25hp
honda + new exhaust = 2hp;
