ive had some people ICQ me what i need to build such a design...
ok, here a quick summary:
- the name of the site
- a theme (reality, movie site, special theme ...)
- about 15-20 HQ picture sets
- Basic idea how the site should look like (for example, direct me to some sites you like)
- about 1 week time
- payment by check, epassporte or wire
