honestly, i have nothing against anyone with physical disabilities having children. but when it comes to mental disabilities i believe there should be a line drawn. i feel that the kids would be unsafe.
imagine there was a small kitchen fire, or the parents wanted to have their child sleep in the same bed, etc...
i dont believe that they would understand how fragile a child is.
