of course I'm addicted to food!! I love eating and I eat all the time! The only difference is that I watch what/when I eat and everything else that goes in it!
My point is, you can still eat what you want. There are just better ways of going about it. I love potato chips and I used to eat a bag/day until I felt guilty. Now, I eat kettle cooked chips. These chips DO NOT have hydrogenated oil in them. Therefore there are less calories, carbs and fat.
Finding the right alternatives makes a huge difference. Next time you go to the grocery store LOOK at the labels and take a look at all the garbage that is in some of the food we eat.
Eating a bag of chips, some ice cream, and a chocolate bar b4 bed is not going to help keep the weight off.
Yoga and pilates are a great way to stay in shape without having to leave your living room.
I broke my back when I was 12 and was bedridden for 6months. I gained maybe 10 llbs b/c I was exercising while I was lyng there and was fed a proper diet.
