Danny, you're looking at like 2 - 3 hours if the person has to do all the photoshop work of cutting the girl out each time for the image in the upper left.

Assuming you get a cheap guy at like 10 - 15 an hour.. you're looking at 30 - 45 an update. Everything else could be done with templates and actions in photoshop.

and 3 hours is a VERY generous amount of time. That should be the LONGEST it takes to pull girls and add new ones. Finding someone to work on a sparatic schedule for that amount is going to be the tricky part.
