You want the price below .50 cents but don't want a shit host.. well that is the reason most hosts are shit, they undercut everyone, and don't have money to pay people to take care of things, and therefore you get shit hosting.
If you are looking for over 100G a month, I will be happy to offer you .39 cents a gig. But if you are just looking for a small 10G a month account, don't expect to pay under .50 cents a gig and have it be a great host.
