I woke up Sunday with a pain in my leg and as the day went on it got worse. So bad in fact Sunday night I hauled myself to the emergency room.

They told me to take some Tylenol and Ibuprofen and gave me a tetanus shot and said to see my physician Monday morning.

When I got in he said he could not tell if it was a bite or what so he gave me this strong antibiotic, told me to keep off my leg and keep it elevated and come back Wednesday if it did not get any better.

Well I am sitting here now still in pain and I have this nice little 2" dark red spot on my leg where the pain started and my whole lower leg is bright red like a sunburn.

Also I am running a nice fever and just generally feel like shit but I suspect that?s from lying around for two days.

Anyone have any experience with spider bites and the like?
