Does this help with Plantar Fasciitis?
I couldnt put any weight on my left leg for 6 months, then when I started walking again I overdid it. Dr gave me cortizone injection into my ankle (up thru the bottom of my heel) and it was better for a little while, but lately its gotten worse as I've been increasing my activity. Dr said it will eventually get better if i take it easy, but fuck that I'm not interested in taking it easy.
