alright here is a question for you:

When you are running multiple sites that are general porn sites (i.e. not niche specific) and you need to figure a good exit strategy with the traffic you are getting without making a page for each site specific exit ... teen, mega blah blah... how do you pick the sponsor and that will be able to convert the traffic best.

here is another one:
if you are running say 20K uniques a day out that only converts at about 1:3000 on average when is it a good idea to involve a pay-per-click sponsor into the mix to make up the difference and what is an acceptable ratio CPM that you would look for from the traffic..

not that i do not know these answers myself but i figure i will make you do a little work to type the answers ...
