I think it is the responsibility of any nation in world and especially the most powerful nation like the U.S. to stop a Genocide. The U.N. stated in 1948 that during a Genocide, countries (especially the ones in the security council) are obligated to intervene. Too bad this was not the case during the Rwandan Genocide, where 1 million people died. I hope the U.S. would not let this be another Rwanda.
