How do you know how many uniques you are getting ? you must have some sort of stats ?
Base your conversions on Total dollars earned off your stats. (server for example)
You should be able to manage at least 2 joins per day on good SE traffic.

400 uniques daily looking for hot girls ( yes, i mean 400 uniques and not 100 or 1000 )....But i don't think people looking for "hot girls" or can be called "good SE traffic"...IMO it's quite general.
I would be probably be able to convert them good if they were looking for "hot teens" or "black girls" but "hot girls" seemed too general to get good conversions and that's why i asked about your opinion...
