This was where my post was referencing. What kind of an attitude is that? I know personally, I am VERY upset when I don't please a customer. Infact you can ask anyone, I will redo the work until I make the customer smile. I guess that's just force of habit. I am not satisfied with myself until my customer is satisfied beyond a doubt. The attitude that came across in his post was one of "Well hey, what are you bitching for, it was free" Again, I am not questioning your staff. I am sure you are fully staffed with highly competent people, I was merely questioning the customer service.
