What programs are used for the retraction of the thumbnails for movie posts. Also what If i didnt want to host the thumb of the movie for the gallery, can the submitter host it?

Also in the script that powers the entire site for the a thumbnail site, i need cj and regular traffic tracking! Is there such scripts. Thanks
