I do know that we cannot demand that sites are 2257 compliant with the NEW rules and they dont have to be since that law never passed.

Oh for christ sakes shut up. The guy asks a regular question, and is confused himself, and YOU are there to help him out, not kick him out of the program for false accusations (mildly put, accusing someone for pedling CP when he's not is,uhm, kinda harsh to say the least).
Get your custumor support straightened out NOW or your program will be dead in notime. For me it allready is. Time for the kids to leave the playground. Don't start biting the hands that feed you.
