Ok SpaceDog, I am in the same boat as you with bad credit and no CC's or checking accounts. I did however find a couple places that let me pay with MO's:

Also as I look around now I see alot of prepay hosting plans that I am sure you could get to work by mailing MO's.

So the no CC card thing does not really stop you at all. It just slows you down a little :o)
