Okay. Thanks for explaining. Sounds very familiar to the old pay per click scams from a while back.

LOL, looks like the 4free email sites are slowly building a database of worthless emails.

now with the rise of SP2 blocking popups, we'll probably see many more programs lowering payouts (like FEB) or shutting down.

There's a way to prevent email fraud as perpetrated by FTP operators... the only question is... are Programs willing to try it?

The guy running the site gets an email signup. The people get whatever software is in the FTP. Download is at an extremely slow speed. So they change the password 2-3 days later. They change the email program they're using so the signups are counted again... etc.
