Motley Crue remains one of my favorite bands today, hair, leather, pop metal whatever classification...they were just amazing..."Shout At The Devil" still sounds as good and fresh today as it did in the mid-80's (minor production flaws aside).

You are right. Glam proceded Hair, but they were fairly similar.
RE: Motley Crue. How can you NOT like a band in which half of the members became pornstars in the 90s.
They always seemed to get the hottest chicks too, playmates usually. And those guys were UGLY AS FUCK. Tommy Lee's body is nothing but one big fat tatoo with a bunch of piercings sticking thru it.
