one thing while your growing it out, you have to still trim it a bit. if u can't afford a professional stylist to do the trim and small style secrets for long hair, just take a pair of scissors and go at it.
do mainly the top part of your hair, let the sides grow out, dont touch the sides!! that's what got me through. the top, trime every one and a half to two weeks... worked for me ;).

Cool man, I'm going to try and pull through this time. I've been about 4 months deep and just can't stand it..My hair grows slow too, its going to be tuff. This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time trying
