Well, you can't get copyrights for non-exclusive...
You can get rights to use content with restrictions, if you brake any of restrictions you don't have any rights on content...
You understand what I want to say?
Copyrights stays at owner of content, and you aren't owner, you just have rights to use that pics on your sites (with restrictions of course)...
