I mean I know the value of type-in or generic domains...but with names like sponsorcash.com or friendcash.com you have to make a site first and then promote it somehow, before it makes you money.
I think I'd be more happy if I could register for free ( i mean for $6.99 or whatever the registrar charges ) a domain that would have very little typein traffic, but it would make me like 2 sales per month from that traffic just by redirecting to a corresponding sponsor's site, rather than registering a name like sponsorscash.com or friendcash.com that IMO requires work and promotiong to make any money.

yes. correct. but keep in mind I'm running a business incubator to build brands, not just redirecting to sponsors. some of the heavyweights on gfy are allowing me to private label their sites because that's my strategy. its win/win for everyone. For me, FriendCash.com is the perfect name for one of our refer-a-friend affiliate programs we're developing. So from a sponsor standpoint, it's a perfect fit. also perfect for social-networking sites. And SponsorCash.com is as generic as I wanted it to be so I can list every sponsor (mainstream/adult/offline) in a search engine format. It does take time & work, but i only sleep 4 hours.
and know this, because of you, I had to register friendScash.com and sponsorScash.com just a sec ago. seeing your typo made me drop more money. i will never forgive you, yet I also need to buy you a drink to thank you.
