Msnbc restarts these polls every couple days or so after they've hit 500,000 votes or so. Usually Bush and Kerry are neck and neck with Kerry leading by a small margin. This one surprised me also. I don't see any reason why they would rig it. But things do seem to be tilting towards Kerry lately.
