Dude, I'd phone back (I'm a cockknocker that way though) and tell them that they lost a reservation because their staff doesn't know their own accomodations.
Oh, talk to someone other than the 1-800 number. Call direct and ask for the reservations supervisor.
Ask them if they're using Florida inmates to take reservations.
Not only will you get a room, but probably a nice discount too
