We all know the 2257 will be changed, yet trying to second guess what the outcome would officially be is not a wise move.
If you are replacing content or looking for new providers it would be the best bet to hold off until we all know what is officiall.

I disagree. Yes, the final regulations may very slightly but they are pretty much common sense as far as a content producer is concerned. If the producer is covering his ass correctly then they are already compliant with the new regs.
