I am working with a mainstream site (one of the larger online radio stations) and helping them to obtain some new affiliate accounts as well as purchase banner (or other) advertising ...

Besides Google Adwords, Linkshare, Amazon ... what are some good MainStream affiliate programs? Anyone tried the mainstream side of ARS?

I'm also going to be purchasing some banner / text link / *other* advertising & traffic for them ... any suggestions?

I'll give $20 PayPal or a free tgp template to anyone who suggests a service that we end up using.
