Well in europe you can see that kind of softcore porn all night long on TV for free, if a kid watches that at 1am it won't have a clue what they are doing.A kid without sexuality won't even think of things being "sexual suggestive" that's why it would be bullshit.
Sites like teenplanet.org have no nudity anymore.
