If you're looking for 'non-feeder' traffic, I think your job will be even more difficult. Most of the bulk traffic I've seen is either console (exit or popunder) or clicked skimmed traffic, which needs to be filtered and scrubbed before it's appopriate for sending to a paysite.
Our main 'non-feeder' traffic is at
http://www.fpcclicks.com/ but our demand is so heavy right now, that we can send less than 500/day right now. (In that case you'll need to find 1000 brokers; LOL!)
