I need two things done:

1. Need someone with the ability/connections to get a very, very large amount of freesites to link to different categories on a new linklist.

2. Need someone to manage/rotate/add new freesite links on that linklist.

These are two separate projects. However, if someone has the skills, I would not mind having both projects done by the same person/company.
I'm NOT looking for the cheapest work, but the most effective. At the same time, I would like to make this a sort of ongoing relationship, so considering that, hopefully the offers will be reasonable
