I don't understand what's all the hate for someone working for another company...
Derek is a great salesman, and I know some in this biz making more money being salesperson than some owners themselves.
You need people to do different things, or else nothing gets done. if we were all owning our own business, then who the hell would be left to do sales, graphics, support, etc...
Derek's got my respect in that area as he is one of the best at what he does
