There is a guy out there now that optimized about a zillion warning pages to different terms and he seems to be doing ok for now. That's something you may want to think about even though it's kinda cheesy and google looks at it badly.

well I am optimizing my warning pages but I don't want to lose my current raking on the index.html if the SE's don't like it for some reason.
I don't mind if the SE enginesfind pages inside the warning area.. I just want to put a warning page up for type in traffic, so if worst case ever happens I can at least say I had a warning page in place.
