The steak tasted WICKED. Who cares what was used.
And YES I would use marinade. I like steak juicy and full of flavour. Is that such a damn crime? What do you expect me to do? Just cook it with nothing on it and only pepper for color?

I've never seen such childishness as I have seen here today. One would think that people would have enough respect for a fellow human to not stoop to such lowlife behaviour and grilling (no pun intended) someone for cooking a certain way.
