Of course it does. Most of the signups come from there, so most of the chargebacks will come from there.
I'm saying the percentage of foreign joins that chargeback is a lot greater than the "english" joins that chargeback.
For example (and I'm just making these numbers up), 1 in 100 english joins chargeback and 1 in 40 foreign joins chargeback. The amount of foreign chargebacks is less, but the percentage that chargeback is higher.
