agreed. if they can't take the time to advertise the price, then they are wasting my time. i get lists for sale emailed to me all the time cause I went on a buying spree early this year and ppl tracked me down. some guy sent me a list of names for sale w/o prices and kept saying in multiple emails: MAKE OFFER. So I offered him $2k for a mainstream generic .net domain he bought a week earlier from drop auction site for under $1k. then he told me $50,000 cuz the .com was for sale for $100k. so then I turned around and bought the .com the next day. he can go to hell. lol. i'm glad he was a moron... funny thing is that even though the .com was advertised for sale at $100k+, the guy never got a bite so I offered him 1/10 sameday via wire to escrow.com and told him to discuss with his family. After talking to his wife, he accepted. he said his wife made him do it. lol. i'm glad women wear the pants in some families. it's easy to negotiate when you've got an insider whispering in their ear. I've learned from experience that wives always want them to sell. he still made out like a bandit cause he was the original owner. i could probably flip the domain for mid6 to low7 marketed correctly. but i will develop it first.
