There are several issues that require attention of legislators.
One of the oldest campaigns I have been slandered and lied about using the words "pedo" is - "No aroused genitals or reproductive fluids on any directly accessed domain name."
The other issue the essay will contain is how Acacia claims is a blow to free speech. The reason it is - is that any person which transmits video in real time to another - can potentially be found out by Acacia because - if Acacia says to the software provider "we don't believe your sales figures - prove them" then the software provider must release to Acacia the buyers of that software. Hence, one of my other campaigns - "Have you reported to Acacia yet?"
