Honestly, even though I don't like to see anyone being abused, they *can* press charges against the person if they want. I know someone will bring up "it wouldn't stand" but really it should if they don't agree to being abused (not apart of their culture / lifestyle) in a contract and/or they weren't told what kind of session it would be, and that it was for "Choke The Bitch!" website.
