Chargebacks from NON USA countries are not higher then from the USA.
Also don't forget in the USA it's much easier to do a chargeback then here in The Netherlands for example. Even with fraud it's lot of work todo a chargeback.
Also USA surfers have more experience in surfing porn, and how to pay as less as possible
So to answer your question, non USA subscribers act pretty much the same (for us) then USA subscibers
