I'm sorry but I think it's you who's missing the point.
Were his parents wrong? Absolutely.
Are his parents idiots? Oh ya.
And as I said, "If it was my son, I would have set it up for him".
But I think the point here is whether someone else has the right to mess with our children.
From reading these posts, I'm getting the impression, most of you guys don't have kids.
Who are you or anyone else, to make a decision on what's best for my son.
I can pretty much guarantee that when you have kids of your own, if someone else had made a decision for one of your kids, you'd want to fucking kill them.
I know I would be furious and if they were lucky, I would only sue the shit out of them.
