Sounds like what ever re-seller you are using pulled a quick one on you. There is now way telco could float that many months of payments - You would be literally talking millions of dollars.
And as Playa said - The actual at&t lines were killed on every network on Nov. 31st when multi quest cleaned house.
I may be wrong, but that shit just does'nt add up and my wires are fat as always and the correct amount. Inlcuding the one I got from them a few days ago.
Very interesting though, but it sounds as if someone is stiffing you...
