120,000 deaths a year! Has anyone noticed how Bush wants to prevent malpractise lawsuits? Medical error is the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S. If a family member died at the hands of an idiot, I would want to sue them for their last penny.
Remember: There are always two sides to every story. Malpractise lawsuits are a good thing.
